1.Structured data:
Structured data refers to any data that resides in a fixed field within a record or file. usually resides in relational databases (RDBMS).Over the years the devolopment in computer science have made possible to analyse,store and process all these data.Nowadays we are facing issues like growing of data more than zettabytes.

2.Unstructured data
It is an information that either does not have a pre-defined data model or is not organized in a pre-defined manner.it is a raw data it may contain or may not such as email wherein it has time,some unordered body of text and it may contain another file inside it..
EXAMPLES OF UNSTRUCTURED DATA..
Unstructured data contain different kind of data it may contain text,audio,video,images etc examples of unstructured data includes email,word document,videos etc.
3.Semi structured data..
Is a form of structured data that does not conform with the formal structure of data models associated with relational databases or other forms of data bases, but nonetheless contains tags or other markers to separate semantic elements and enforce hierarchies of records and fields within the data. Therefore, it is also known as self- describing structure.
Examples of semi strured data are XML and JSON and NOSQL data bases
